3D Lab exists because the distance between a digital design and a physical object goes wrong too often. Someone ships the file to an external printer, someone else does the finishing, and what shows up isn't what it was supposed to be.
We do the whole route under one roof. Scan, model, print, sand, paint, assemble. One team, one deadline, one finished object.

High-resolution structured light scans, digital sculpting and parametric modelling. From a 30cm prop to a 3-metre installation.
Prototyping
FDM for structure, SLA for surface, SLS for parts that need to survive a launch. We pick the process to fit the object — not the other way around.
Large format
Beyond desktop scale. Single-piece prints up to 1.8 metres, multi-part assemblies up to 4. Built for retail floors, not display cases.
Finishing
Sanding, priming, body filler, clear coats. The unglamorous work that turns a print into an object you'd put in a flagship store.
Paint & airbrush
Ice fades, candy coats, brand-matched RAL and Pantone. Hand-applied by people who used to paint cars.
Assembly & install
Rigging, crating, transport and on-site installation. The object lands ready, not as a kit of parts.

A sneaker as statement.
Twelve hand-finished pairs across four colourways for a flagship store launch. Scanned, sculpted, printed in two parts, airbrushed in-house.
A carousel made playful.
Two life-size elephants and twelve striped plinths for a children's retail concept. Modelled, foam-milled, sealed, hand-painted on stripe lines.
A can built billboard-scale.
An oversized Jack Daniel's & Coca-Cola can mounted above an outdoor display unit. Sculpted, segmented, printed in large-format and finished to survive Dutch weather.
A tram stop turned tasting booth.
A giant Stëlz can perched on top of an Amsterdam tram shelter as part of a city-wide flavour vote. Foam core, printed shell, hand-painted seams.
